The new Moxy and Residence Inn hotels will offer 311 rooms in the heart of Dortmund. Hotel Co 51 now operates 2,530 rooms across 13 hotels and two dual-brand developments in Germany, and is the largest franchise operator for the Moxy Hotels brand in Europe.
